I recently started a CW and i'm wondering what spells to go for, for leveling and the most AoE

    I prefer Spellstorm Thaumaturge build, it hits harder than a renegade build but provides less debuffs.

    Class Features: Eye of the Storm and Storm Spell
    Dailies: Opressive Force and Ice Knife
    Powers: Conduit of Ice, Steal Time, Icy Terrain, Sudden Storm.

    Stack lots of power, lifesteal, arpen, and crit!

    Oppressor Spellstorm here, same encounters & dailies as everyone else
    I'm using Storm Spell & Eye of the Storm as class features, it makes a crit Opressive Force absolutely devastating.

    I'd emphasize crit & armor penetration, these are going to make investing in power much more worthwhile. Lifesteal is important, the amount of area control CW have gives them a lot of survivability below T2 PvE.
