UI Scaling Bug - Any fixes for this bug?

Hey i returned to play alittle Neverwinter todai and noticed in an dungeon that the DmG meter kept doing this https://youtu.be/4EvD_CAPHWU it makes it really hard to see the numbers xD since i haven't been playing for awhile i don't know if this bugg has been there for long or if it's just me

So does anyone know a fix for this?

Change your interface scale to 1 in your settings / interface / general / interface scale settings. The issue is the code for that component. It happens to everyone.

...and if it already is 1 change it to something like 1.01 and save it, and then change it back to 1 and re-save it.
