[bug report] HR rapid shot/strike 0 damage again after patch

Preview server.

Well here we go again.. the HR rapid shot and strike is doing 0 damage on all mobs, and training dummies in the trade of blades, feiry pit, and training dummy in IWD. I am relying on my encounter powers only atm to kill mobs and to keep testing..
Character is using pure vorpal enchant on weps. Removed and tried.. still showing 0 damage on rapid shot/strike..

    You need to slot something else as the main hand's at-will feature if you're using the new elemental main hand. If you slot in careful attack, then careful attack will do 0 as well.
