He is right tho, with nerf to curves, primary and secondary stats gettibg more important and no set bonus going full perma should be not possible anymore
IMHO it's a matter of balancing. Sure, you will have a hard time to kill stuff, and be incredibly squishy if you hold on to your old set, but so far nothing is said about if and when set bonuses will be disabled.
My personal guess is, that once the market / community is saturated with the Mod-6-current bonusless gear that thing will be relaunched, though probably in an attenuated way...
TRs will still be strong. They still haven't fixed Knife's Edge, which will continue to perpetuate cycles of near perma-invincibility for TRs even if they might be possible to spot slightly more often.
Actually they are visible alot more. Before the bonus helped with using at wills and staying in stealth. On preview, when you try that rotation you are out of stealth crzy fast.
Perma-Stealth gone huh? Let's analyze it like this.
Perma-Stealth is the definition of cowardry, Trickster Rogue, by essence, is a coward class.
So no, perma-stealth will not be gone.. because once a coward, always a coward. LOL
I m really tired of you going insult people around the forum.
Sorry if some of us dont feel the need to handle a big sword in game to overcompensate major shortages of something else irl
If yes, I'll keep wearing them to enjoy longer stealth or to troll the node.
I'd be amazed it they'd somehow remove it. The armor-crafting buffed "reinforced" gloves are still in the game, too - just saw a pair yesterday when ogling a CW.
Drawback will ofc be that you'll get OSKed often, and also have little stat bonus in relation to everybody else... ...but yeah, dodging still works :^D

Jeez... Can you guys please do some math? Sure the loss of the 4 peice is really huge, and I'm not happy, but PERMA is more possible then ever
Perma MI-Sabo should still work - at least with some INT + race and/or recovery stacking. You anyway won't need your CON anymore with all those gear HP... ...it'd be very low damage, and the timing somewhat finicky. And all those nifty Killbo Stabbins Halfling TRs better get race reroll tokens fast.
Whether the MI-X "Death from nowhere" glass cannon will still be capable of moonlighting as perma with SS slotted is another question, and easily answered: No.
[Edit:] I'm almost certainly wrong with that "No". a.s.b.

DUde you have no idea what your talking about
My new m6 build has 300% more damage in stealth, and 70% recharge
.....
People, If I'm the only one theory crafting, our class isnt going to get anywhere

don´t destroy everything, I just got entertained by this short flaring up of desperation
As someone who's tested TR on Preview. They're still decent. Still very strong in Normal PvE content, and struggle on Any High level PvE Content just like any other class currently at 70. Can one shot Blue dragon guardian with a lashing. pop a smokebomb. and clear the rest of the pack while the enemies are dazed with no real issue.

Nah, you did better and didn't only theorycraft but test practically, and not just temporarily upleveled to 70, probably. I also admit to not considering the new rings, because when I did that calculation these weren't yet released, so I topped out at about +40% (1%/200 REC)
Question now: does your +300% damage suffice to OSK 100k+ high tenacity chars in PvP? I admit to taking that "figures inflation" into consideration...
Of course it's will be possible in module 6, more than ever. TRs are just going to stack even more stamina regen to absurd levels, recovery and maybe INT, although INT may not be a necessity anymore. Did you see all these artifacts with +600 stamina regen? and the kits with +100 stamina regen? That's going to be the choice of pvp TRs.
Yeah, point taken - those can be switched out on short notice. So it'll be, like, um, a month until the necessary RP have found their place. Oh, well, the full-auto-farmers might even get there in a very short time. Also Rank 12s. I underguesstimated them at 450 points - they're actually 600 or 700. So, yeah, I retract my "No". There will be an OSK perma. At least within several weeks off launch.

Don't worry, you not the only one theorycrafting and testing, I am as well so I can update my build come mod 6 However, I generally don't post responses to threads like this
So many uninformed generalizations and hatred toward the TR. Sad. So many non-TRs seems to easily forget the ONE YEAR period where the TR was scorned as the worst class in the game. It was a rare event when a TR would even be allowed as part of a PUG, or even non-PUG dungeon runs. I remember it all too well!
I, for one, have NEVER used a perma-stealth build, even when the TR was considered "HAMSTER" by others! I have also never used ITC. I have just always tried to use my wits and dodging, paired with good stats, to do the best I could.
I am really getting sick of all the TR slamming. I have stuck to my TR through good and bad - no need to slander the people who enjoy the TR. Enjoy the class you like and be happy.

I simply dont think ppl are crying about the TRs for their awesomness in PVE content...
Almost every combat game where there is invisibility/stealth, there is a way to counter it (a class, potion, special items or wards, spell, etc.). Neverwinter is an exception. Stealth is a major factor in the pvp combat and there is no counter.

Of course there is, just mostly class specific. Or at the sacrifice of other, more desireable stuff.
Hopefully permastealth is gone (in PvP). OH HAPPY DAY!
Just curious, were you complaining this hard in M4 when TR damage was pitifully low?
Or did you start complaining in M5 when TR damage was ridiculously high?
Jeez, I wonder what changed...
Broken mechanics, broken class designs, lack of actual content, and over zealous, bronze-age moderation?

It's going to be even worse in module 6 for sure.
Will cost horrific amounts of RP though...

The TR's will ALWAYS find a solution to perma-stealth, always.
