Skills such as hindering shot, bear traps, and new skill cordon or arrows do not benefit from anything that reduces the cooldown of these charges. Recovery, and any feats that reduces encounter cooldown does nothing to these charges.

yep i agree it needs fixing
yeah I've seen you posting about this before, but was too lazy to search for it, couldn't find it in the first few pages, so it needs to get some attention
