IWD treasures bought with kessel's sigils can't be opened. I have a stack of 9, when I try to open 1, I get [Error] You already have all of the items in this package. If I change toons then back, I can open 1 before the error returns. If I wait a few seconds, sometimes it will let me open 1. Also all rewards are level 59 junk quality (only tried 7).
