lol terror enchantment

Transcendent Terror Enchantment:

Weapon Enhancement Slot: You deal an additional 25% of weapon damage as Necrotic damage with every swing and induce terror in your foe, reducing their Defense and Power by 40%. This effect cannot be refreshed until it expires. You also have a 10% chance to root your target. This root can only occur once every 30 seconds.

    Oh, 30 seconds? no biggie unless it ignores tenacity.

    Vorpal is still good if you focus on crit or you're CW/TR.

    I agree, tr/cw vorpal will be better, pure debuff for pve, plague fire. Terror is a good all around enchant now for all classes.

    Those are still the top three, so not much has changed honestly.

    I tried to refine mine to transcendent to see what you say but couldn't. Oh wait you meant to post in the preview forum.:rolleyes:
