Hi all . I am new boy here that just step into neverwinter for not more than 2 weeks ! I am so in love in Cleric as I played many RPG games I would also choose cleric . And before that usually cleric are supporter/healer class but Neverwinter suprise me because I saw youtube that cleric in Neverwinter can also be a DPS class ! And very strong too ! Currently right now I have a level 21 DC and I would like to make it for [PVP] focus . I am a bit confuse about the FEAT and really need some guidance here because I do some research and could not find any feat guide for a DPS PVP DC. As I mention above I would like to have it as a DPS PVP focus DC !!! Ok here goes !!!
1)Domain Synergy - Gain 1/2/3/4/5% more Recovery
QUESTION : I know that recovery mean much faster cooldown time for my Encounter power , Worth it ??
2)Initiate Of The Faith - Your Crit Stat is increase by .2/.4/.6/.8/1% of your power stat
QUESTION : I have seriously no idea what does this mean ? IS it increase 1% critical chance ? Worth it ??
3)Templar Domain - When dealing damage , you have a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to gain 30% more armor penetration for 5 second
QUESTION : I know that for PVE arpen cap is 24% (2540) . But for PVP I am not too sure what the best number .. And is armor pen important for a PVP DC ? How much is require for a PVP DPS DC ?? Worth it or not ?
4)Bountiful Fortune - Gain 3/6/9/12/15% more Divine power
QUESTION : I am not too sure about this but is Divine power means for when you press TAB and it become blue colour and all your encounter power become divine power ? IS it like that ? And worth it or not ?
Sorry for my bad English here. You can add me as a friend my in game name would be Quan@copycat818 ..Once again really appreciate and will be grateful who can give me some guidance here . Thank you

First a link to the - still current - Kaelacs Guide to DCs (Mod 5), and his base guide, which is somewhat obsolete, but useful and more detailed for base concepts. He has also written a guide on damage, debuffs, and tenacity, and one on numbers and stats in General. The exact figures will be obsolete in two weeks with Mod 6 and Lvl 7, and he's currently writing up his thesis, so busy and will probably not immediately actualize these...
These are good resources, but a bit textbook-style, and sometimes the meaning only becomes clear after a bit of playing experience. Still many of your questions (like "how much ArPen in PvP?" are adressed there.
Another global remark: While you can go down the "Fist of God"-style Righteous pathway, in the long run you'll be better, or, more game-changing as a unkillable healer, but... ...if you want to get those PvP campaign tasks (double kills, *wink, wink*, triple kills, *nudge*) ticked off, the DPS path is better, but a bit glass-cannon, and hence in for less impact in endgame PvP. Righteous is, however, the fast and furious way to get through most PvE content quickly, at least up to Lvl 60. So be prepared to do righteous first, then change (tokens are 300 ZEN <=> 150k AD or 3 bucks) and respec your character.
1)Domain Synergy - Gain 1/2/3/4/5% more Recovery
QUESTION : I know that recovery mean much faster cooldown time for my Encounter power , Worth it ??
Formula is: Actual cooldown time = base cooldown time * ( 100 / 100 + recovery effect %age ) with quite some diminishing return. Also it might, or might not, be meaningful with the new stat curves.
2)Initiate Of The Faith - Your Crit Stat is increase by .2/.4/.6/.8/1% of your power stat
QUESTION : I have seriously no idea what does this mean ? IS it increase 1% critical chance ? Worth it ??
No. It's crit stat, not %age. Do the math: 5 feat picks give you 1 crit stat for every 100 power. rather very meh...

Probably yes, can't really prognosticize on Mod 6.
4)Bountiful Fortune - Gain 3/6/9/12/15% more Divine power
Might become attractive in Mod 6, currently the Lvl 60 PvP armor sets have a boon to that avail. Also might or might not suit your playstyle. No remote diagnosis possible IMHO.

Yes, and it is worth using divine mode casts, as you need those to fuel your Empowered cast which for some abilities is pure sweetness. Also divine casts have practically no casting time, which is a great plus in PvP, so really d learn using that mechanic.

Basically, do as you please for now, take your time to experiment, and if you really care take time to get some 20-30k AD with daily tasks from Rhix (that Kobold on the Seven Suns Coster Market's outside near the Mail Clerk), then treat yourself to the High Prophet Armour set (helm, chest, gloves and boots), which has a superb set bonus and is really cheap on the Auction House currently. This should help you a lot when you go through the final questline that will help you getting from Lvl 60 to Lvl 70.

At the very least it's extremely little bang per buck :^/
