Regeneration Healing Bonus & Incoming Healing Bonus

what difference between these two bonuses?

will they complement or replace each other?

    Regeneration stat now include health regeneration and incoming healing bonus.Health regeneration is out of combat.Incoming healing bonus is in combat.

    Nonsense. The healing bonus from regeneration applies anywhere. It's just the healing ticks that only work outside combat.

    the curve is still 400:1 ...with 2000 regen you would have 5% more healing.
    which is like 500 more healing on aok skin
