Can we disable XP gain?

I may be wrong but, didn't they add a feature recently to disable experience gain? Like for twinks? I may be mistaken. If so, how?

    I would consider paying for xp stopping garments. Would be helpful during event times like the Sune festival.

    Yea - Forsaken World has a type of XP stoppage.

    What I'd LOVE to see is the XP increase and YOU choose when to Level.

    (e.g., Max 200,000 XP Gain without Auto-Leveling. Add a Button to Level and XP drains) - iirc DDO did that.
