Account linking

So, I got my own XBOne, and got everything loaded. Was way psyched! Played a few hours of Dragon Age: Inquisition, then decided to log in on my Neverwinter Beta. I got a pop up explaining I needed to link my account. No big, right? Wrong. I went to do the account linking thing, and followed the instructions, enetering the address they gave me. Turns out the pop up window takes me to a site in Chinese, belonging to Wanmei. This wouldn't be an issue if I could read Chinese; however... It begs the question: Does anyone know where the site for linking my XBox Live to my ARC Account is?

    When did you try this? The English language Beta servers have been down for over a month, so at the moment if you try you'll just get directed to the Wanmei (Perfect World) site.

    The English language one will come on line just before actual release (so around 5-6 days from now), so you'll be able to download the 'actual' client (not beta) and link your account as normal then.
