No Zen after payment :(

Hello Guys

Anyone can tell me why is happening this?
I just charge my zen and i got a comfirmation abaut the payment and it was succesfull but .......in game it was declined
how am i suposed to get back my zen beacouse i dont want to pay again 10 Eu:(

Have you gone to https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ and transferred the purchased ZEN to your Neverwinter account?
There's a link below that says, "Already have ZEN? Go to my wallet." which you need to click.

This will have to be resolved via support, as the option for which game you wished to place the ZEN into should have been offered prior to the completion of the transaction. The Wallet is no longer in use.
