are peridots and other refining stones gonna be dropping randomly from mobs w/o the hoard enchantment?

    Yes, hoard drop are Bind to Account. Random drops are not binded.

    Well, I went back on the preview shard to test this. I removed all my hoard enchants and went about killing mobs in Drowned shore for a good hour.

    I didn't get a single refining stone to drop this time. And only managed to get a small handful of enchantments, all rank 4 or lower. Previously, enchantments were dropping like candy, with a few at rank 5. It would seem they tweaked the drop rate for things a bit. Or it could be a case that I need to go to a higher level zone. I tried to farm in Well of Dragons, but got my butt handed to me.

    Was hopping around Drowned Shore for 30 min or so yesterday (newly copied char). All I can say is that i got more rank 5's from one leser fey and monster drops and skill nodes than rank 4's. Alltogether 8-9 different rank 5's in half an hour. And no refining stones at all (4 lesser hoard enchants). Probably just an RNG thing tho....and I've been nowhere near te reworked campaign areas.

    peridots and such do not drop from mobs on test currently. they do drop from chests and skill nodes occasionally though.

    drowned shore is the 60-64 zone, if you go to the higher zones (reclamation rock, fiery pit, spinward rise) higher level things drop. rank 5 enchants (standard ones, azure, dark, silvery etc) do drop from mobs pretty frequently, and as quest rewards.
