neither campaign will be in the release. Release will have original Day 1 content plus Tyranny of Dragons only.

That is incorrect, day one will ship with the first four modules, including Sharandar, Dread Ring, Icewind Dale, and the ToD campaign.

buying sharandar completion is definitely worth.
the area is nice tho and you should really see it

****. I misread the info earlier it seems. I was also under the assumption that everything upto Mod 4 was included
