[bug report] HR Roots duration bugged

been on preview testing.
copied HR over to preview server.
Respec'd character to unlock storm warden.
Placed enough points in power tree to unlock Constricting roots 1/4
Went to test dummy. shot dummy and roots were applied.. Rooted lasted 3 seconds.
opened feat paragon line.
put 1 point in ancient roots. which should extend strong grasping roots for 1 second 1/5. shot test dummy
only lasted 3 seconds again.
Tested for each point.
Ancient roots 5/5 should give more time but does not on roots. only lasted 4 seconds after applying all points but should be lasting alot longer.. please check the following encounter powers to correct the duration of the roots on HR class:
constricting shot, binding arrow, ancient roots.

I have updated and tested with video as proof to show these issues and with approx times and durations of how some of the HR encounter powers are NOT applies the roots as intended or granting the duration as they should.

by the way the above was tested today on live server and tested as well on preview with the same results.. could this please be addressed and fixed before mod 6 release.
