LAG and teleporting

in my last DOM match, there was this TR who was lagging soo bad that he was teleporting (he was not in stealth... just dodge spamming) and it was real hard to target him. It was just him, the rest 8 were not blinking or lagging.
did anyone happen to notice the same thing?

    You know, I've noticed weird connection lag last month (NOT FPS DROP FOR CHRIST SAKE). If I lose window focus from my NW to, for example, browser where I am reading these forums - the game laggs so bad till I simply relog. I mean, log out > log in and the problem is solved completely. Whatever that is, I never had this problem before and logically this can't even be my connection fault since I just relog.

    Got absolutely unplayable conditions right now, during the last hour before the weekly "date line" passed...

    ...I logged on to quickly do Biggrins and Safe Keeping / Needless Distractions - got neither one done in time with neither char. And those are well up to scratch for the task, 17k CW, 16k TR. Just made a big dent in my Injury Kit population :^(

    Tried relogging, shutting down the game and restarting it (which took eternities) - no help. Other websites load just fine.

    Bleargh.
