Invocation timer count down not appearing in popup

Quick question. Before invoking I always check the time left before the end of the invocation window and today I have 2 characters reporting some 6+ hours which is fine, but 2 other characters are not reporting anything! Neither the tooltip for the coin count or the popup when I change characters or logout/exit the client show the expected "Invoke Again..."/"Your Celestial Coins will disappear..." message.

I normally invoke all toons within a few minutes of each other but sometimes this might stretch into a few hours so I check. Not having the timer message is disconcerting. Is this a bug or something else?
