So is the plan for there to be no patches for two months straight?

Pretty much just that. Is the plan to not patch anything about the game up until Mod 6 releases, despite that having already been in effect for a month and Mod 6 getting pushed back?

    Might start to see Pre-Mod 6 Patches start to load up as the current tally of size is over 2112 GB (give or take). That's a weeks worth of downloading for many of you. :rolleyes:

    two months no patches? you mean the fact we haven't had any patches for the last month and a half and then no patches to april 7? or what?

    The mod must be a beast. Sucks they are pushing it back but I would much rather have it late and right, then ontime and screwed up. Guess it is time to put on the cruise control.

    the mod after the latest changes starts to seem fun. i still think they cant release it without at least a skirmish lv 70

    Yep, for all the complaining I do, esp about SW and pvp matchmaking, I am pretty excited about mod6 and am eager to explore and discover the changes for myself.

    2112 megabytes

    = 2.1 GB

    that's less than 5 minutes of downloading even on slow comcast cable (60 mbits)

    2 Mbit/s on a good day here. Just 3 miles away I have a friend who has no broadband options at all. Dial-up only!

    yes slow, even comcrap has packages that go up to 150mb here I just dont want to pay for it. in some markets they have 505mb and most of the rest of the world have gigabit internet for years now it's just the monopolies in US want to keep us throttled.

    Hehe, I get about 100 mb per second wireless in my house, and about 175 wired :P (up and down)

    No its not slow.. that's a ridiculous statement, its not the fastest either.. but the average adjusted speed is 18.2 mbps in USA.

    I dont know about the rest of the world.. but you would have to search that yourself.

    I have ATT Uverse where I live in Arlington Texas and I can easily download 2 GB worth of data in about 20 minutes.
