since yesterday i can't see any free/paid zen offer, it keeps redirect me to billing.arcgames.com/en/
such a shame, i was so close to get my first time buyers pack :(

    Same here although I stopped doing those surveys months ago. I kept spending 5-10 minutes in each one only to be told that I "didn't meet requirements".

    I haven't heard anything about the offers going away. I know they are doing away with the arc wallet so maybe they are updating the offers page to work with their new arc transferring page.

    well i usually do offers with 3 zen fo each one, like click through the whole slideshow, watch the video or stay at a site for at least 5 sec. yeah not much of a profit but at least something around 20+ zen each day for 5 min work

    Still unable to do this. Is this going to be another thing ignored till mod 6?

    Odd timing to post this, I mean they are working on mod6 and I think everyone would agree that is far more important and should have all hands on deck, yes ?
    I am sure at some point this will be addressed.

    The fact you can not open your wallet to transfer zen into the game is a BIG issue and should be addressed now IMO.

    I have zen in my wallet and can not access it to send it into the game and it's annoying me.

    U can transfer zen into the game. The offers are not cryptics problem that's pwe's issue, u wod get quick response from sending them a direct mail than posting in a games forum

    This is what i see when i go to my wallet to transfer zen. And yes i have a ticket in but seeing how others are also having issues i see why my ticket is not being updated.

    I see that on arc and on the website.

    I think they said in patch they r doing away with the wallet thing so zen goes directly to game u purchase for and not sit in wallet waiting for u to transfer

    Does anybody know if Earn ZEN option (PeanutLabs) is gone for good?

    They are making some changes to the wallet system so maybe they need to rework the way peanut labs pays out or whatever so it might have been taken offline temporarily , you really need to ask support since it's likely that nobody here will know about this stuff.

    What I don't understand about this is the page keeps redirecting and if you DO want to do anything, it comes up as "Under Maintenance" and has been for at least 2-3 days.

    Nice how its STILL not up and running. i have sent in complaints to no resolve. this offers page was what i depended on for magority of my AD i hate to grind. id rather do a darn survey. this game has gotten so boaring now.

    I've submitted tickets and have a closed form post about this.. (and that darn banner at the top of this and every other page) if it's gone. don't leave the darn banner up there! change it ;p
