Dragon drop question

do things like dragon bone , dragon gem and rod of restraint drop in the reward pack or do you have to pick them up like loot?

    I got dragon bone as reward from Rothe Valley dragon, that should answer your question, atleast partially =).

    It drops in your pack (when you collect the heroic encounter reward).

    You can only get a dragon bone with a "Great Success". Even so, it is still a relatively rare drop, although not as rare as an artifact belt but more rare than an dragon main hand, off hand or a piece of cultist garment.

    Interesting. You would think dragon bones would be quite plentiful inside a dead dragon body.

    ...ah, you know how fast undertakers are in Faerùn: Three secohds and the body disappears. Sure, dragon corpses thend to linger a wee longer, needs an army of those little gremlin morticians probably, but sawing that stuff out takes even longer. :^)

    You have certainly noticed it's one particular bone (the illustration is always the same).

    And then with all the beating, slashing, shooting, burning the beast took before falling, this one particular bone can still be intact only by sheer miracle.
