Anyone know how to fix this? I'm using onboard graphics right now AMD Radeon 4250. I have a GTX770 sitting in a drawer waiting for a new PSU. Minimum requirements to run the game is an 8500 PRO.
Fatal Error: Unable to create DirectX render device! One of the following may help you resolve this issue: restart your computer, ensure your video drivers are up to date, contact technical support.

I've rebooted my pc, and ensured my video drivers are up to date.
