Has Lifedrinker been reworked?

I was wondering if the Lifedrinker has been reworked, I could not find it anywhere. If so can someone update me on the new effects? Thanks

    It will become as useless as feytouched/bronzewood on live now. Thought it would have more damage and old lifesteal but turns out it's just a trash now, wasted 5m AD on it >.>

    Thanks for the update, I know not to use one now. Life steal is already unreliable and so hard to stack past 15% and I'm a warlock. There is not much point in having an enchant centered around it.

    with the lifedrinker working like this it might make lt prock enough to survive but still the whole life steal and defece curves need work
