Bug: Eye of the Storm

When I have Eye of the Storm slotted every time I cast Oppressive Force all enemies hit gain Eye of the Storm.

Edit: This seems to be inconsistent. It went away after unslotting and slotting EotS. I'll try to get a pic showing it on an enemy.

You 1st time play SS? Every tmp ent transfers eots to foes from immemorial times.

The same happens when you use sudden storm as your tab ability. Enemies gain the buff.

Yep, this is an already existing known issue, and a really annoying one at that.

It's new to Oppressive Force. I've never had that be the cause on live.

I have to admit, it would be really really annoying if it starts affecting OF... That'd practically ruin our only remaining decent AoE daily
