Maintenance or server is just down?

Server is down. I guess it is maintenance, but looks like they don't even bother to announce them anymore.

    You are completely correct that it was not announced apart from the notice on the loader, on the gateway, on this forum in several places and possibly in some other places I have not been. As usual, the times were not quite correct but it most definitely *has* been announced. Plus, it's Thursday. Always maintenance on a Thursday at about this time...

    No, it is not always in same time, and I usually plan my leadership tasks accordingly. This time maintenance began 1 hour earlier, and i tired to find announcement about it and didn't. It is not big deal of course, but still one of smal things which make customers unhappy.
