ioun stone of mighty +belt

question for those who have much more money than me.... if I use a Ioun stone of mighty, and i put on an artifact belt (let us say constitution one), do i also gain the +XCON according to the level of the belt?

No, you don't. Only stats from it I believe but not the attributes.

...good parking there, better stats, and the marginal chance (futile hope as it turns out) that both sets of class features might work...
