iwd pvp timers?

hi all
i unlocked iwd a few days ago so far i was able to take part at iwd open area pvp only once

i wanted to find out what are the timers for iwd open world pvp pls

also are there any channels where pvp players announce that iwd pvp is on and want players to join them?

    I see some people asking in IWD zone chat for invites to BI domination, you might try that. I don't know of any way to know before hand if it's going to pop up in a particular instance, and even if there was you can't manually switch instances.
