Caer-Konig reputation

Hi iv been playing this for a long long time now and I mean months, but my reputation in Caer-Konig will not go pass the 200 mark? iv unlocked all but all im getting from quest are the daily ones but nothing to increase my Caer-Konig reputation. iv re-installed the game just in case that had anything to do with it "corrupted files" but that didnt do nothing at all.

Any help please would be greatfull

    You get 10 reputation points a day from the quest you get from the same person you talk to to pick a faction. The quests objective is to collect 300 black ice and do one heroic encounter. You will not see a "!" or "?" icon hovering above the quest givers because they are covered up by the faction icon.

    The quest benskix2 is referring to is called "Needless Distractions" from the Arcane Brotherhood contact, or "Safe-Keeping" from the Ten-Towners contact.
