How to create Gemmed Exquisite Shirt?

Hi,

I got to lvl 20 Tailor and want to get the gemmed exquisite shirt, but it needs Tier 3 to do that. What item/items allow me to succeed the tier 3 shirt? Thanks.

    Your best chance at getting the rank 3 result is by using all purple tools.

    Thanks. I checked the exchange and found the purple tool was more expensive than the shirt! I will buy it from the exchange.

    Yep, there is no point in buying tools and resources needed to make gemmed shirts unless you plan on making a business. If you just need a single shirt/pants, better just buy them directly :)
