Invalid Promo Codes - Icons of the Realms Elemental Evil

I bought a sealed case of the D&D Icons of the Realms Elemental Evil Pre-painted miniatures, and received 32 promo codes.

I was only able to claim 6 of the codes, the rest show as invalid. I had a friend try 2 of the invalid codes and they did work for him.

Has anyone else experienced a problem with this?

    What specifically were the codes for? Maybe there's a limit to how many you can redeem per account. Kind of like how sometimes codes for titles come out more than once, but if you have already gotten the title in a different promo you can't redeem it again.

    I have the same issue, wondering what worked for you? So far I got the StormRaider mount and Vanguard packs. Maybe the others are not released yet.

    I had the same problem and opened a support ticket. I shared a few codes with them when they asked for them, but I have not heard back from them today.

    My personal guess is that somehow the particular reward might be spent and then become locked, such that eventually you have all the codes becoming useless. I don't think they should work that way, since they want to see us buy lots of miniatures (and reward people buying a case, etc.).

    I gave support 5 codes and told them I had 18 more I did not try. They gave me 18 Vanguard Starter Packs!??!!!????!!??!
