so does disciple of strength add an 2/4/6 % more damage per point in str invested?

    Can someone confirm if this is true? if it Is I'm never getting that feat again.
    Same as how Con feels pretty trash next mod due to arpen being really easy to scale high ( 1% resist ignore per con point? thats 100 arpen worth.., Better to get 400 Powers worth from 1 point of strength unless they make Con stronger)

    and the HP from CON only affecting base HP not HP from gear. (Like 6-7k hp difference at 70 compared to stacked con and stacked Dex. stacked dex is tankier feeling anyway because you can get more deflect AND Crit by stacking it which overall is far more mitigation and dps gain
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.
