PvP Paladins

I was just wondering how Pladins would compete in PvP against the current classes. I have mine at 35 with oath of devotion and has solid heals, I'm a little worried about the damage output at higher levels though. It was shocking enough without aura of courage but at the moment it's not bad. Which feat tree looks the best? Which powers are good and which are bad?
Thanks for reading and I'm open for discussion.

The best a Paladin can hope to be in PVP is a node holder similar to KV GFs/tank Clerics. With the Justice tree a solid damage boost can be achieved (VoE + Judge) but the OP lacks the ecnounters to benefit from said boost. This class relies on At-Wills in combat and as a slow, melee class it has no chance in hell to land a barrage of At-Wills on fast moving, ranged dodgers. While a GF for example can Lunge and Bullcharge for a nice, burst, single target damage + cc, the Pala lacks any reliable encounter combo. Relentless Attacker has low damage and Smite wont hit anything in PVP but a GWF or a GF who both will laugh at its damage.

With a myriad of weak aoe abilities, short duration cc and pathetic single target damage, the Pala has only a node holder role to look forward to. Example: a Tank with Absolution, Temp HP aoe ( forgot its name ) and maybe Banishment could potentially be a real nuisance on a node. Some people can try to go the 1shot-kill route and try VoE + Judge + Radiant strike for a Divine Punishment mega damage but if its too successful I predict a nerf..

Bottom line - I dont think the Paladin will be a fun choice in PVP and I can see my GWF eating a pala for breakfast
