constant crashing

I think the title says it all I do nothing but crash when i try to bring up the preview right at the title screen then i am forced to wait 20mins to play the live shard this is really out of hand and needs to be fixed before they launch mod 6 :mad:

    Yeah,it happens on preview,after mod 6 was introduced, on a regular basis.You might wanna post your computers specs,for reference. However i don't expect this to be fixed before live. Most probably,after launch,a lot of people will experience crashing,complain about it and then Cryptic will be forced to do something.

    The reason you are having to wait to play on the live shard is because it is sending in a huge error report. You can stop it from sending in that report and continue to play. There is an icon that will show in the system tray on the right hand bottom of the screen tha says show progress. You can click exit on that and the error report will stop and you can play without waiting. You may have a problem with something equipped on your character as I do. Mine only crashes when I pull up the stats screen or when others try to look aat my stats they will crash. That is due to an error in the paladin artifact weapon I have equipped. If it is in your inventory instead of being equipped you will crash when opening your inventory screen. So you may have something similar happening. But the error reports can be closed and stop the long wait to play you experience!
