Mod 6 Recovery

I've had very little time to spend in the test server. Any DC's who've played it a bit, leveled up and such, come to any determination of how much recovery is needed for us to enjoy keeping a decent amount of healing flowing towards our teammates in group content? Trying to decide which artifacts I want to push leading up to Mod 6, and with double RP weekend, this is the time to plan the next phase.
