MI - Sab, i plan on using epic imperial dragon cloak for more stacked recovery, power, and AP gain as well as the plated band of constitution for armor pen, CON, and more stacked HP for tankyness :D

    Cool :)

I'm also planning on getting Imperial Dragon Cloak for the same reason. Thanks for the reply! :D

MI exec - girdle of strength. I have not chosen a cloak yet.

FWIW black ice, lathanders and imperial rod artifacts are nearly impossible (or quite expensive) to obtain.

Any cloak that gives you the freebie AP gain -- this is just broken and PvP, and in TRs the most broken of them all. It's just simply BiS in every term of the word so there's no other alternative at all. Either you use this broken OP piece of fecal matter, or lag behind the competency curve. At least in higher levels of gameplay.

In case of the belt, it depends on your general stats. In many cases people initially invest in DEX, CHA, or STR ... and then use the CON belt to remedy the lack of HP.

WK scoundrel, imp dragon cloak and belt of seld to be different (but I suffer for this as well as for playing a wk scoundrel too lol)

on my retired Tr it was imp dragon and str belt

maybe we should look at the stat scores again as there's really only 2 choices..

    Strength-- damage.
Dex-- Crit _chance_ . Remember you get 100% crit chance in stealth.
Intelligence: Recharge speed (several builders will share their opinion that 16Int is enough, I run with 18)
Charisma: Combat advantage damage (useless to raise higher than initial roll since Str is feated)
    Con: HP

So, Dex is only useful for Rogues who don't apply damage from stealth (are there any?). Intelligence is fairly easy to raise with attribute points through leveling, and Charisma is useless because of the "Disciples of Strength" feat (which you took 3 of .. right?) (Wisdom isnt even a player for TR)

Making Strength and Con your only real choices (for most people).

Imperial Dragon Cloak / Charisma Belt

    Whisperknife Scoundrel

Is that the Sash of Charisma belt? Why CHA though, when DEX also provides the needed deflection chance stat? Are you a Life Steal build by any chance? I've met some Life Steal TRs with Lifedrinker and Bloodtheft slotted.

Yeah, but DEX also gives Critical Chance which I would prefer since TRs deal Combat Advantage anyways in Stealth + Shadow Strike + Bait & Switch = you can last longer in Stealth and deal more Combat Advantage than through CHA

Mi-Exec. Lathander set, because little synergy with soulforged, and recovery stat ( high recovery build ), but mostly because I Drop the artifact 3 times, a sign of destiny. With Mod 6, I will turn their backs on fate and to take Seldarine and Black Ice sets : i want to try a level 70 high deflection build and high Arp build.

yes, but you get 100% crit in stealth so your point is contradictory.

Str is better than Cha which is better than Dex .. It's not how it *should* be but it's how Cryptic made it.

MI Exec build, using Lathander's set. Using Soulforged and AoP, it's like ... stacking lots and lots of CON. I don't mind the mix of offensive and defensive stats, I like to think of myself as "well balanced." :)
