    Web sites do not use plugins, browsers do. The web site only places a Flash object on the page and it is up to the browser to handle that.

    It appears that you need to update your Flash plugin (this is what your browser is telling you) or you might want to consider using a different browser. Web site hosts and devs have no control over which plugins you have installed or what versions they are.
