Can not queue for Skirmish

I have tried several times this current Skirmish event to queue. I select the event, Dread Legion. The log shows me queued. I then get a message saying that I was removed to not responding to the queue invite/party accept. I never saw it or heard the *DONG!* when it goes off.
I thought maybe the message was hidden or something so I pressed esc for the HUD. When I did, I was queued for another one and I saw it flash before it went to the options in the middle of the screen and disappear. When I exited that, the option was still not there to join party.
After several attempts of logging off and back, switching instances in PE, changing characters and throwing the wireless mouse, I can not accept a party queue for skirmish.

Edit: Added screen shot, but not sure how much its worth. Also, starting to see zone chat stating same issue.
