So how many CC powers that ignore CR/tenacity

Is there even a point of stacking CR and tenacity? And no, CR is not useless and does work against some CC sources but it also seem to be ignored against some crowd control powers. Especially the new ones being released recently like slow from Warding curse of SWs or daze from TR's capstone and featrues.
