Mythic quality Sigil of the Devoted keeps the same 120 second cooldown as Legendary rather than Mythic's 60 sec cooldown.

    This is not a bug they are keeping it at 120 seconds

    is there a buff to the effect to compensate? i dont know way more heals?

    idk what u are talking about, but mythical do hav a 60 sec CD

    why 60 sec cooldown when it should be 100 seconds.
