How does Disciple of Strength work?

Disciple of Strength : increase the amount of bonus damage strength gives you by 2/4/6%

Does this mean you get a straight 2/4/6% damage bonus or does this mean the damage bonus you get from strength is boosted by 2/4/6%? Anybody know for sure?

    From tests done previously I believe the result was determined to be an additive amount to the damage bonus and not a multiplicative one for additional information.
