How are Dragon Bone Weapons levelling beyond 60 (61 - 70)?

How are the stats of these Weapons compared to Green & Blue drops?

as per preview we can see that the artifact weapon at lvl 120 are stronger than any other weapon.. even the new crafted weapon from professions.

Actual stat level for the artifact weapon on collections is 120, but i don't think those stats are fixed, and if they are going to modify them some how.

They said, that leveling eqiupment (mulhorand, dragon bone, xvim etc) caps at level 60.
