Arc launcher is requiring a reinstall of Neverwinter.

I was surprised at being required to reinstall Neverwinter today, especially since I logged in yesterday. True, I couldn't do it through Arc and had to use the games file. Still, it seems strange to have to reinstall afterwards. Has this been happening to others?
