DC Draconic Templar Armor Stats drop

The stats for the Draconic Templar that my toon wares dropped a lot when my toon transferred over. The chest plate gives 784 HP, 238 power, 266 recovery and 200 defence. the other set pieces are also affected. Armor sets in my bank does not seem to be affected by this sudden decrease in stats.

    Unless they have fixed it, transmuted and dyed gear is not showing the proper stats on the preview. So if you armor is dyed that would be why, although I was not able to dye my greaves or gloves, so that may not be the problem for all of it.
