The following is feedback since I don't know if the following stuff is working as planned or bugged six ways to Sunday. If the following is planned, then the whole deal needs to be scrapped and re-done from scratch.
From the stairs leading to the 2nd camp fire near the dragon, you are reduced to Level 30. From that point, you can no longer use your mounts or your artifact slot.
For Paladins and Guardian Fighters this sucks. Our slow movement speeds make this zone absolutely irritating. Why do they take away mounts when we are L30 but we get mounts at L20?
Ghost Story: Upon entering the Ghost Story instance you are leveled to L70. Once again you are denied your mount and artifact. At L61 there is no way to solo Ghost Story.
