There's a chest that every char. can open at various levels, the thing that usually gives you bounded kits and potions when you level up. It can give coupons like for companion/mount but I'm not sure how usefull the one for companion is. I mean it gets bound on pickup if I'm not wrong and the coupon is also bound on char I think.

Edit: also I think it's random, you could get one or not. Not sure.

this doesnt seem to include any coupons

Level 10 is the professions booster pack one.
Level 20 is the mount one.
Level 45 is the companion discount one.
Level 52 is the character slot discount one it is a 20% discount (lowers cost to 400 from 500).

I copied from somewhere else. And I am sure about the level 20 one and level 52 one.

You can also get them as a random world drop every now and then. I bought a key for 75 Zen the other day with one of those coupons.
