WK/MI PvE build?

I 've seen quite a lot of people saying it can be done, but my question is: What Feats, power rotation are they using? Like For WK, what feats, powers? Same for MI.

    Ummm... I don't see how that's possible, since "WK - Whisperknife" and "MI - Master Infiltrator" .. these two are mutually incompatible and systematically impossible. I think you might have something confused, please verify. :)
