Potion cool down but no buff applied

hey all,

was on my cw whilst in combat I tried to use a health potion, it gave me the cool down but not the health. Wondering if this is a known bug or if it's just me

This happens to me a lot. I find that this is happening mostly when there are a lot of things going on at once - many monsters on the screens, many attacks going on at once, many key inputs.
