Finally got a key, but no download/install at all

    Killer said he changed his gamertag location to US, not his X1. Is that something you can do?

    There is no option to do that that I could find on the XB1 nor the xbox.com site. If there is some way, let me know, but I think he meant General Location.

    Plus, it'd already be set to USA anyway, seeing as I live here.

    Hey, just trying to help....

    Once I entered my code, it said NW beta,,,I went up to my Xbox One and it was in the queue. I also was able to check it on Xbox One glass.

    I know, I wasn't trying to be rude or anything, and I thank you for trying.
    Unforutnately the Microsoft rep said nothing helpful....

    EDIT: Wait....
    I signed up for XBL Gold AFTER I redeemed the NW code.
    Could that be causing the issue?
