Paladin Build?

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I want to roll a Paladin on PTR but once I get to the step to select a class it just says "Coming Soon" where Paladin would/will be. Is there something I need to select prior to getting to the class select screen to "unlock" the Paladin on the PTR the way everyone else has?

    Log out, log back in it'll be there, but the coming soon doesn't disappear, but Paladin will also now be listed as well

    Can anyone else confirm if the Paladin class is available after logging out then back in? I followed the advice above but it didn't change anything. Paladin is greyed out. I can not select it. I can select every class with the exception of Paladin. Is anyone else having this problem? Has the ability to roll a Paladin been removed from PTR now?

    It's happened to everyone. Restart the client.

    It helps if you have at least one character copied over from Live:

    Be sure your character on Live is at Protector's Enclave. <-Important

    Visit Arc Games.com - login.
    Visit your Account page, choose GAMES.
    On Neverwinter page you can copy a character to preview.

    Log into preview.
    Log into the character you copied over from live.
    Wait for that character to appear at PE.
    Logout (change character) - return to character selection screen.

    Tap "Create a new character" (or whatever).
    Paladin should now be available if it wasn't before.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: You only have TWO SLOTS for creating new toons, and one of them must be EMPTY. They are the first two slots. Copying characters over from Live is unlimited, but will use those two free slots first. If you already have more than two slot and one is not empty then you must delete characters until you have an empty slot #2.
