Its not really "Personalized" if you can just give it to anyone.

Not to anyone, it should had been acount based, now i need to lose another 2 or 3 weeks til i can make gear for my current main.
This does not make sence, its just prolonging the time invested in game.

You can create (or better say you have chance to create) Gemmed version of jewelry on any character with 20lvl jewelcrafting because this Gemmed jewelry can be sold or traded. If you wanna make Personalized version from this Gemmed, your character - where you want to use Personalized jewelry - must have 20lvl jewelcrafting because after transforming Gemmed version into Personalized version, you cant trade or sell it anymore.

Playing any MMORPG is matter of months or even years. Also not changing your "current main" often will help you greatly. Maximize one class/char first then move to another one. Just advice, decision is on you.
