Those were the only commands used before we saw how much HP he has. None of those affect HP directly. I find it more likely that Paladin's simply have GF-like HP at this point in testing.
The HP was already at level before the stream started - meaning we still don't know what such a command is. Either way: it's a moot point. Players can't do any of that on Live anyway unless you know how to get into God-mod.
I'm not sure, but I suspect. I was paying close attention to the UI and it never appeared to change.
As for what they did on the livestream - we don't really know all that much (it goes pretty fast and GMC is a bit twitchy with the mouse and keys). I was just stating that Devmode (a.k.a: God-mode) allows you to change different stats and settings on the fly. We get it in Demo_Record and, in a very limited sense: the Foundry Authoring tool.
